Initial Client Consultation
This step assists our staffing team with best matching a candidate's skills to your requirements. This discovery process provides our team with an in depth understanding of your needs. We will determine the technical and functional skills required for your project or team environment as well as identify the soft skills that are needed for a successful match.
Candidate Testing and Technical Interview Process
Four Cornerstone is dedicated to finding the right fit for your organization; we supply FREE *Brainbench technical skills testing as well as personality testing for a small fee. This provides you with the technical and functional knowledge of a candidate including an idea of how they will fit into your organization. All consultants are put through a rigorous technical interview designed to assess their ability to handle real world issues.
Candidate Presentation
When our team presents a consultant you will be furnished with their resume well as information about the candidate's relevant work experience, technical skills test and personality test results. When you have chosen a permanent placement candidate to interview, we immediately begin the testing process that will allow you to make an informed decision in the hiring process.
Reference / Background Checks
Every candidate interviewed will have a thorough professional reference and criminal background check preformed by Four Cornerstone. It is our policy to provide the client upon request, all information gathered from the reference and background check process, including the contact information of the references and a copy of the questions asked.
Candidate/ Client Follow Up
Once a consultant starts an assignment it is our policy to contact the consultant's manager and the consultant at least twice a month to ensure that all work is being completed to satisfaction and all issues are promptly addressed. Contact will occur by email, phone and personal visits.
