Four Cornerstone, a Fort Worth based company, provides Oracle Enterprise Technology solutions, and professional services on how to manage, use, share and protect information. As an Oracle® Partner, we sell and maintain Oracle enterprise software. Services include staff augmentation, state-of-the-art programming, custom application development, project management, disaster protection, database tuning, and remote enterprise infrastructure management.

1.2 Business Description

Oracle's software products can be categorized into two broad areas: Systems software and Internet business applications software. Systems software is a complete Internet platform to develop and deploy applications on the Internet and corporate Intranets, and includes database management software and development tools that allow users to create, retrieve and modify data stored in a computer system. Internet business applications software allows users to access and use information through an Internet browser, and automates the performance of data processing functions for financial management, procurement, project management, human resources management, supply chain management, and customer relations management.

The Opportunity: With a 40% share of the database market, Oracle is the largest enterprise software company in the world. Trends indicate a substantial upside in database business growth. The Mid-Level market is estimated at $160 billion a year in terms of spending on IT goods and services. The Mid-Level market company is defined as a company with 100 to 999 employees or a company with less than $500 million in annual revenue. The U.S. Census data suggests there are as many as 100,000 companies that fit into this arena. At times, smaller or larger companies will be targeted.

The Services: Focusing on the Mid-Level market in Texas and surrounding states, we provide staffing services, sub-contracting, project solutions, training, remote support and sales of hardware and software. All project staffing is billed hourly and invoiced net 30 days. Remote support services are invoiced at a fixed monthly rate. Software licensing contracts yield a percentage of the sales amount.
